Just returning from ten years in Houston and happy to see Cafe Bionda made it through the pandemic. 🎊 My friend and I would eat there often and decided to visit yesterday. Food did not disappoint! My first grilled calamari was here ages ago and even though the recipe changed, the tenderness is the same. Burger was amazing. Wasn’t medium as ordered but the quality of meat made it taste like it was! Incredible. Can’t go wrong with homemade Tiramisu and what’s a Friday afternoon dining al fresco without a cocktail. Try the espresso martini. 7 Cellars with meal. Highly recommend.

I love this place! The food is always so delicious and the staff members are so nice and the accommodating. I also had my birthday party there and they made it super special. Their event coordinator made it smooth sailing and stress free. My guests loved the food and drinks, we had a blast!

Delicious authentic Italian spot in the south loop! Our ravioli was made in house and so good. The drinks were great and the private small dining area was so cute, located behind a wine rack. Love the idea! Overall great experience. Oh and the dessert?!!! Every single one was fantastic but you must get the tiramisu for sure

This could be the biggest sleeper in the city…food and drinks were so phenomenal, I was pleasantly surprised. Huge portion sizes for a great price. Best spot in the south loop for authentic Italian dishes!

Came here for date night and my date was hesitant since he hadn’t been here in a few years. He knew they had changed management and a few things on the menu. His biggest worry was whether it would still be as amazing as it was before. Andrey (the manager) touched our table and was extremely kind, hospitable, and accommodating. He assured my date that they would be able to put together the meal he desired. They exceeded our expectations! The food was excellent! The support staff were also amazing! The ambiance was nice on this Saturday night and it felt very intimate although we sat near the bar. We will certainly be back. I highly highly recommend!

Great service. Delicious food. Do NOT pass on the pasta with vodka sauce. Great for dates or events. Highly recommend.

It was a decent quality food and pricing. Wonderful service and quick to serve food. Place was pretty empty at the time so I’m sure that helped. Ordered Braciole, vodka pasta, with a appetizer of fried calamari and washed it down with several glasses of Luigi Righetti red wine.

As a regular, I came in for dinner during the opening bears game with some friends. The location was busier than normal but still enjoyed my time. The game kept me occupied while I waited for our apps and clearly noticed how busy our server was. The hard work did not go unnoticed. Our server kept us updated and the manager was touching tables which was so appreciated. Our food was still top notch and worth the wait. Love you guys!
